Mission Statement
The mission of Heart of Hope Ministries International is to embrace orphans, widows and families in desperate need with the love of Christ, ease their suffering, and restore hope.
Heart of Hope Ministries International meets the multi faceted needs of orphans, widows and families in desperate need through the numerous programs operated and facilitated by HHMI.
• HHMI provides humanitarian aid and support to 9 State Placement Centers and 5 hospitals in the Sibiu Judet (county) of Romania .
• Heart of Hope Ministries International operates the Camp of the Good Shepherd now in its sixth year providing orphans and children from poor villages with a Christian camping experience to cherish for a lifetime.
• The Home of Hope and My Brother's House Transition Homes intercept homeless young men and women being released from the state placement centers. The three-year Christian based program prepares these young adults for successful and independent living as they mature in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
• HHMI is the in-country partner for Medical Teams International (MTI) in Romania . In partnership with NWMTI, HHMI facilitates Dental Clinics, Eye Clinics, Pediatric Therapy, Community Education, Construction, and Gift of Hope teams.
• HMI facilitates spiritual ministries, with Romanian nationals, to support Bible Clubs for children in poor villages and the State Placement Centers.
